Pricing - our nightly rate includes two guests. Additional guests cost $20 extra, each, per night (except non-walking babies). The availability checker will confirm your dates and the nightly rate.

FREE entry to Kaikoura Farm Park - We offer FREE access to our on-site Animal Farm Park (during normal opening hours) AND as a bonus, your family are welcome to enjoy TWO EXTRA HOURS in the Farm Park before it opens to the general public. During this time you can experience EXCLUSIVE access to our early morning animal feeding (approx: 8:15am), where you can help feed our 100+ animals. (All the animals gather round, it's chaos, only takes about twenty minutes, but amazing to see!)

FREE pony ride - Small children are welcome to enjoy a FREE daily ride on a pony (during Farm Park opening hours).

Wheelchair access - would be extremely difficult. However, our Yurt and its buildings are completely wheelchair friendly.

Babies - We don’t charge for non-walking babies. If your child is walking there is a $20 per night charge = we think this is fair, because they will be using the facilities of the property, using a bed, the garden, and enjoying the animals in the Farm Park.

Please note: Kaikoura's recycling service charges to dispose of baby nappies/diepers. We’d appreciate it if you took these away with you - thanks.

Dogs - you can bring you dog with you, but there are a couple of things to think through... We have 100+ animals in our Farm Park, and some of them free range roam the site. Your dog mustn't be the chase and hassle type. Also, we've two collie dogs ourselves, so yours must accept other strange dogs easily! Please bring your own dog bedding and stop the dog from climbing on the furniture - thanks.
