Bathroom = a shower and basin. There is a separate toilet.

FREE use of bathroom robes and slippers = adult size only. If you'd like to keep and take them with you: Robes = $50 each; slippers = $10 per pair.

Bed Linen & Towels = are provided, and are washed in an eco-friendly 'sensitive' detergent, which contains no: phosphates, enzymes, fragrance or dyes. It is super-concentrated, so less packaging & kinder to the environment.

Heating = is provided via a wood burner fire in the lounge. We provide FREE wood from our woodpile nearby (winter time). The cottage is very cosy and warm in winter and wonderfully airy in summer. Just in case, there’s a portable electric radiator heater in each bedroom, and some hot water bottles too.

HRV clean air system - intelligently moves hot/warm/cold filtered air from the roof space, into the cottage, which pushes stale air out of the building. Pollen and dust particles are filtered. It’’s like having a free heating/cooling system!

Wireless Broadband = we have FREE wi-fi wireless broadband available for rental cottage customers.

Also included = your electricity - the hot water tank is on all the time!
